Dr. Angela Duprel has been a part of the Animal Medical and Surgical Center family since 2006.

She completed her undergraduate at Clemson University before going on to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia. She is affiliated with the AVMA and GVMA and has completed continuing education courses in ultrasound, surgery, internal medicine and dentistry.

She enjoys meeting the needs of people and helping pets through their illnesses or issues and getting them back to health. One of her most favorite things about being a veterinarian is growing new friendships and relationships with people and caring for their beloved pets. She understands how precious pets are to their families and enjoys spending time listening to her clients and caring for her patients.

Her interests in veterinary medicine started at an early age and she loves the variety of patients that are seen here at Animal Medical and Surgical Center. She understands and shares the love people have for all of their different pets.

When she is not caring for animals, she enjoys CrossFit competitions, snow skiing, horseback riding, diving and spending time with her husband and daughter. She shares her home with her Chihuahua's Roscoe & Marlow, her cat Nicholas that was rescued and raised by her from one day old, and her kitten, Skylar, that was rescued near her gym.
